He was heading the Ryazan Oil Refinery, managing the assets of TNK-BP, leadeding the Digitalization and Operational Excellence Departments of Rosneft Refining Block and implementing international investment and innovation projects in Asia and Western Europe.

He graduated from the Higher School of Economics with a degree in Mathematical Methods of Economic Analysis, has a PhD in Economics and holds an Executive MBA degree from Skolkovo Moscow School of Management/Stanford USA.
