Ctrl2Go Solutions: A-B-C of Expansion

On May 6, Ctrl2Go Solutions became a part of Skolkovo Global Shift program - Elina Idrisova spoke at the Unlocking Territories.GULF master class. The Global Shift Learning Lab helps established entrepreneurs to design a global company architecture and to test a strategy before launching representative offices in new markets. The program allows business experts to share their experience and valuable insights on the market with top managers of large domestic companies and owners of medium-sized businesses.

The presentation by Elina Idrisova, head of the International Markets business unit, was attended by 100+ entrepreneurs. Elina presented the MENA region analysis to the audience and talked about our priority for entering the regional Saudi Arabian market. Moreover, Elina Idrisova familiarized the audience with the Ctrl2Go Solutions, drew attention to the differences in business interactions in different countries and shared the plans for company development in the KSA. In general, the session was aimed at getting to know the region in terms of cultural peculiarities, business opportunities and readiness of the market for foreign companies' influence. These issues are particularly relevant in view of the government's Vision 2030 and Made in Saudi programs, through which the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia attracts international companies to its region for long-term and fruitful cooperation.
