SmartTeam collects telemetry data, physiological indicators and employee location information from wearable devices, i.e. smart watches or smart T-shirts.
Those are supplemented with the data from information systems, such as admissions, production tasks, employee work schedules, etc.
The SmartTeam key element is an AI module that uses machine learning and multivariate analysis algorithms to process the collected data.

We have a single IIoT platform that includes all SmartTeam solutions. The same wearable device can be used for different solutions depending on the tasks.
We use LoRa stations for several reasons:

- High penetrating ability of a radio signal within industrial facilities
- Low power consumption of end devices due to the minimum energy required to transmit a small data package
When developing SmartTeam, we studied all possible ways to trick wearable devices. Therefore, the operation of our system is based both on the incoming physical condition and movement data, as well as on activity analysis and behavior pattern identification.
SmartTeam can easily detect if a wearable device has been handed to another person, distinguish simulated activities from actual work, and check if an employee location matches his or her schedule and work task.
The solution is not intended to control, but to minimize production risks and obtain analytics to identify "points of growth", since:
Firstly, SmartTeam reduces the risk of employees’ injury in case of health deterioration. The enterprise dispatcher can monitor employees’ health condition online to promptly respond and send help. Secondly, SmartTeam allows to objectively assess the work and can be integrated with HR or CRM systems to calculate employees’ bonuses.
The SmartTeam system collects heart rate and other medical data, which belong to a special personal data category (Article 10 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" (No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006)). Thus, at the moment, the SmartTeam system does not process biometric personal data and is not subject to the law.
In case the system is developed and improved to identify individuals using their physiological and biological characteristics, it will be necessary to take into account the potential need to comply with the requirements established in the draft Resolution, if signed by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation.
Our solution uses a wide range of wearable devices. Depending on functional tasks, we are ready to offer devices with protection rating IP67 and provide all the necessary certificates.
At SmartTeam, we use algorithms that detect employees’ activity or inactivity. These algorithms help to understand if an employee has fallen down or fainted, and promptly respond to incidents.
