Clover Strengthens the Area of Industrial Solutions Development and Implementation

After Clover entered the international market in 2020 and increased the number of large-scale projects in Russia, it was decided to restructure the company. Clover strengthens the area of industrial solutions development and implementation and turns the platform technology division into a separate company.

The company will focus on developing and implementing digitalization solutions for various industrial enterprises, from transport and mechanical engineering to energy and oil&gas.

The new Factory5 company will continue to develop platform products to predict equipment maintenance and repairs in terms of both operational and strategic management, production tasks prescriptive analysis, scenario modeling, as well as create other software aimed at industry digitalization.

Denis Kasimov will become the CEO and product ideologist of Factory5. Clover will be headed by Alexandr Dmitriev, who is the Chief Operating Officer of Ctrl2GO.
